Our chistorra is crafted in an artisanal fashion in Arbizu, situated in the north-west of Navarra, within a village surrounded by lush forests, towering peaks, and flowing rivers. Made with minced meat, pork fats, salt, and paprika, our chistorras contain no preservatives or additives. Following the meticulous preparation, they are allowed to air-dry for three days in our specialized cellars. These versatile chistorras can be prepared in various ways, including frying, baking, barbecuing, or stewing, and consistently deliver a delightful and simply delicious experience.
