This cheese, made with raw sheep’s milk and the best truffle, is cured for three months to achieve a perfect balance of flavors.
With too much curing the cheese would lose the good taste of the truffle, and too little aging would make us lose the character of the cheese.
It is a cheese that you can enjoy on its own or with some acacia honey with black truffle, which you can find in our Spanish store section.
