Wrong, missing or faulty items received

We do our best to ensure that every order that leaves our warehouse is correct and perfectly packed. Mistakes might occasionally be made. When receiving your order, please check the products with the order detail document as well as the receipt. If wrong, missing, or faulty items should be found, please notify us within 6 hours.
