Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks. Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action. Storm, explosion, fire, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster. The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government. Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport. During or in the event of an act of God. If our performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. Pricing and Payments

• Payment for all orders shall be made by advanced Bank Transfers. Cheebo reserve the right to change, limit, modify or cancel any payment method. Customers are subject to check such details at the time of use.
• The prices shown on this website at the time of ordering are guide prices. The prices you will be charged for products will be the actual prices displayed when you check-out on the day that you have confirmed an order, including any promotional offers if applicable. By completing the process of check out and uploading a copy of the payment, you accept that price of products may, therefore increase or decrease between the day of order confirmation and the day of delivery. The payment will cover the cost of all products ordered prevailing that day, as well as the delivery and service fees.
• All Prices shown on the website are inclusive of 7% VAT whenever applicable.
  
  

Orders

• All orders made by you are subject to stock availability. Cheebo reserves the right to cancel, amend or reject your order in whole or in part, at any time and without liability or compensation, where any product is out of stock, damaged or spoiled, or unavailable for any other reason.
• The company, therefore, reserves the right to amend the quantity ordered or to change the delivery option where the company finds appropriate and where the company will be able to serve a maximum number of customers.
• We may limit and/or cancel your orders if we have found any suspicious behavior at our sole discretion. Canceling of orders must be done within 3 hours before delivery.

Returns, Wrong item, or Missing Orders

• We do our best to ensure that every order is correct and perfectly packed. Mistakes might occasionally be made. When collectiong your order, please check the products  with the order detail document as well as the receipt. If wrong, missing or faulty items should be found, please notify us within 6 hours at [email protected] or at +660801475291 and our customer service team will rectify with as little inconvenience to you as possible.

Payment for Click and Collect

You can check out your cart / make a payment via bank transfer prior to collecting your order at Cheebo.

Order Pick-up Notification

Please present your email confirmation with the order number to our staff at the Customer Service point.

Click and Collect No Show

Cheebo reserves the right to cancel the order in the case you do not pick your order up within 1 week for dry products, and 1 day for perishable goods.

Breaches of these terms and conditions

Without prejudice to Premium Cheebo’s other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, Cheebo may take such action as Cheebo deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

Applicable Laws

These terms and conditions shall apply, and be construed in accordance with Thai law. Any dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be in accordance within the jurisdiction of the Thai courts only.
