This chorizo is made in Arbizu (Navarra) from the finest pork meats which are minced, kneaded and properly seasoned. Once formed into sausages it is aired for three days in our drying facilities achieving in this way the perfect integration of the product. Our fresh Chorizo reaches your table in its natural state with a vivacious red color, ready to be enjoyed fried, roasted, oven-baked, grilled, barbecued, stewed… For those spicy-lovers, we count on the spicy cooking “chorizo” and the mini spicy cooking “chorizo” for an agreeable finish touch.
