This butter contains the 8% of truffle, and should be kept out of the fridge until the opening.

Truffle and butter are well mixed, for an homogeneous result. Excellent condiment for warm dishes: pasta, risotto, gnocchi, ravioli, meat filets, eggs, omelettes, vegetables. Delicious spread on crostini bread, canapés, blinis.
